Disclaimer for TfL's banning policy
Please read this disclaimer carefully before posting in our forum's complaint section and decide for yourself if it is worth the effort!
As all of you know cheaters ruin the fun of online games. TfL uses the latest version of Punkbuster in order to prevent them from ruining our server, but like any anti-cheat software Punkbuster isn't perfect in detecting cheaters.
To provide more effectiveness to our struggle against cheaters, TfL-admins are always keeping an eye on players acting suspiciously and if neccessary, may ban them permanently from our server. Unfortunately, like Punkbuster, the admins are not perfect. Admins are humans and humans make mistakes. The following section was set up in order to give accused players the opportunity to state their point of view.
IMPORTANT: Although the admins usually have reasonable grounds to ban players it is NOT their job to provide evidence. Moreover the BURDEN OF PROOF is up to the accused player which means he/she must convince the admins that he/she did not cheat. The server is not ruled by a democratic legal system which means there is NO RULE of law. If you want your case to be reviewed you will have to accept the fact TfL is JUDGE and JURY as well as the APPELLATE COMMITTEE. This might sound like an arbitrary system to most of you, and that might be true, but it is all we will provide here.
